De Armas Wood Floors was amazing from start to end. I called to set up and estimate and they answered immediately. Carlos was really nice on the phone he helped me out and explained to me they could come the next day and do an estimate. Once they arrived they did the estimate and let me tell you it was the best prices in town! I had done 4 estimates prior and their prices were the best. I decided to go with them and for the quality of job they did I would’ve even paid more. They put new floors in my whole house and my house looks brand new. Everything came out perfect! I am extremely happy with their work and definitely worth the money

After doing my floors with other companies in the past I can honestly say I regret not having found de armas wood floors from the beginning. They offer a very high quality of work and products at affordable rates. Given all this inflation everyone is trying to overcharge on their services, but not these guys. That’s how you know you’re working with professionals when regardless of the external situation they can still control their prices without having to sacrifice the quality of their work and the products they use. I appreciate these guys for their honesty and hard work. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

We recently hired DE ARMAS WOOD FLOORS to restore our old wood floors. Our floors hadn’t been refinished in over 10 years and were in desperate need of restoration. Carlos and his team were always on time and worked in a very professional manner. The work they put into the preparation of the floors before reaching the point of staining was meticulous and truly amazing! They sanded the floors down to their original color and through an extensive buffing process they brought the floors right back to perfection. These guys are not just your average wood floor guys, they are real craftsmen! The work they completed on our floors has surpassed our expectations! The floors look brand new and they were able to match the stain color we wanted perfectly. The whole process has been very smooth and a pleasant experience as they are nice guys and they take great pride in their work. Our home was also kept very clean throughout and dust from the sanding process was minimal. The project was completed in the time frame Carlos provided in our estimate. I cannot give a more positive review of DE ARMAS WOOD FLOORS. From their detailed estimating process, professional work, and amazing customer service, these are truly the best in the business. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future. You will not be disappointed if you hire Carlos and his team for anything flooring related. Give these guys a call!

Carlos refinished our hardwood floors just a few days ago and we couldn't be happier with their outstanding work. The hardwood floors in our home were damaged, scratched, and overall worn out from the many years it's been since we last got them refinished. I got different estimates from other flooring companies, and while they were coming out for estimates de armas wood floors stood out as the more professional and expert on their craft. It was also important to me that the company I chose had a strong work team and not some laborers picked up from home depot. But right away from the way they all worked together and spoke about each other I could tell that they were a family and not just employees working. This is what lead a two-week job, to be finished 5 days earlier than expected. The job came out incredible, and I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

We had a major water leak in our home that caused the floorboards to lift and separate from one another.
