Carlos Rafael De Armas, at the heart of DE ARMAS WOOD FLOORS, discovered his vision for the family flooring business while apprenticing under his father. Carlos started working with his dad when he was in middle school. His thrive and passion to become an entrepreneur-led him to get his contracting license and begin the expansion of the family business. The collective wisdom and experience of his family, along with valuable opportunities to work with other established flooring companies, have given Carlos insight and knowledge into the best practices for the craft including material selection, treatment, design, and installation.
